A set of related issues affecting loading or reliability. Assessment, prioritized fixes and before/after checks.
Additional development
For work outside a fixed scope, only after approval of an estimate and spending limit. No open-ended work without agreement.

- Check available backups and use a safe test environment when supported.
- Apply the agreed repair and retest the affected journey.
- Explain what changed and any remaining limitations.
Malware incidents, data recovery, major rebuilds, expired licenses and host-level outages may need a separate specialist scope. Recovery is not guaranteed. Credentials are requested through a suitable secure channel after scoping, never through the public inquiry form.

Will you repair my existing website without rebuilding it?
When a focused repair is practical, yes. If the current foundation makes a fix unreliable or uneconomical, we explain the alternatives before you approve any additional work.
What if I need more changes?
We distinguish defects against the agreed scope from new requests. New features and extra review rounds are estimated before work begins. The final agreement defines acceptance and post-launch support.
