DESIGN IN ACTION

Don’t just read about it.
Explore the journey.

These examples demonstrate design decisions and user journeys. They are illustrative concepts, not client projects or live booking systems.

01 / Service website

The right information before asking for details.

CONCEPT · HEATING & COOLING BUSINESS

Make home comfortable again.

A service-business concept: a clear need, service area, explained options and a contact request.

  • Air-conditioning diagnosis
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Replacement assessment
See the request journey

1. Choose a service. 2. Enter area and issue. 3. Share contact details. 4. Receive an acknowledgment; the appointment is agreed afterward.

This button opens DARIUX’s contact page. It does not book a heating or cooling service.

02 / App journey

Fewer steps. More clarity.

INTERFACE DEMO · ILLUSTRATIVE DATA

A request, from start to finish.

01 — New request

Selected service: website review. The interface would request a URL, goal and minimal contact details. This demo does not collect data.

02 — Review before sending

The user sees their selections and can correct them. Errors should be explained beside the field without clearing previously entered information.

03 — Clear confirmation

The final screen would confirm receipt and explain the next step. In a real app, the status would connect to the relevant system.

A prototype validates the journey. A functional app adds storage, permissions, integrations and testing. Our budgets distinguish the two.

03 / Sample audit

Priorities you can turn into actions.

HIGH PRIORITY

Contact is hard to find

Example: the contact button appears only at the bottom. Action: add a clear next step after the service explanation and check it on mobile.

MEDIUM PRIORITY

The message is too generic

Example: visitors cannot tell what the business does. Action: explain the service, area and customer type in concrete language.

TECHNICAL CHECK

No form acknowledgment

Example: visitors cannot tell whether their request was sent. Action: test validation, receipt and success state before launch.

Hypothetical examples, without invented scores or outcomes. Your website audit is based on your actual public pages.
