Annual figures equal 12 monthly payments, with no implied discount or annual commitment. The final proposal defines billing, cancellation, working hours and response times.
What maintenance means
Care for what is already built.
On WordPress.com, the provider manages some updates and infrastructure. Our role is to check the result, test important journeys and handle included changes. On other installations, we agree who applies updates and what backup protection is available.
- Included hours cover minor changes and do not roll over between months.
- New pages, redesigns, features, ongoing SEO and apps are quoted separately.
- Domain, hosting, email and licenses are not included.
- If a required backup or tool is missing, we explain the option and cost before purchase.
- No unlimited recovery, 24/7 availability or guarantee of incident-free operation.
Reviews & changes
A review is different from a new feature.
How many reviews come with a website build?
The proposed landing and business website packages include two rounds of consolidated feedback during the project. Defect corrections against approved scope are distinguished from new requests.
What if I need more hours?
We provide an estimate at $80–$120 per hour with a spending cap for approval. Work does not expand automatically.
Can I manage it myself?
Yes. We provide the agreed editing guidance. You will need to keep services active, check updates and test forms. You can request one-off help.
